Nicole Massey is a partner with Palmetto Reserves that assists with research and project management. Nicole has over twenty-five years in the customer experience industry which allows her to serves as a liaison to provide client support to existing and new clients, vendors, and the team members of Palmetto Reserves.
Nicole graduated with a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. Nicole also holds the position of an Auto Diminished Value Consultant with Allstate Insurance Company and has a Property and Casualty Adjuster license in her resident state of North Carolina, and non-resident license in several other states.
